Welcome to the 2026-2027 school year!

 

Please review the links below for all pertinent information in reference to 8th Grade homeroom guidelines and 6th through 8th grade math classes.

 

Important Dates:

 

September 30, 2026:  Field trip to CAT Equipment Company.  Important:  Jeans, school polo shirt, gym shoes, and school sweatshirt must be worn for the field trip on Wednesday, September 30, 2026.  Students must be here by 8:00 am. Anticipated arrival back at SFDS is 2:30 pm.

 

October 22 is MINION DAY with our Prayer Pals.  Please refer to BAND for the needed for supplies for this event.

 

November 19:  Kindergarten will be hosting the traditional pie/ice cream day for us!  

 

December 10:  joint Christmas Prayer Pal party.  Please refer to BAND for the needed supplies for this event.  A separate day will be assigned for students to bring individual presents for their Prayer Pal if they so desire.  This is not mandatory.   

 

December 15 Christmas Program at 5:00 pm.  Please note this is a date change.  School is still in session December 16, 17, and 18.  Dismissal is at 12 noon on Friday, December 18, 2026.

 

Art due dates:

Dia De Los Muertos due no later than October 26, 2026.

Hotel project due no later than December 7, 2026.
